How to fetch dynamic ip from a device from another android device
I have developed an android app which can send any file of any format to
any internet protocol address over android devices,but for every
transaction i need the dynamic internet protocol address of the receiver
for which i have also developed a function,but what i need is to enable
this functionality over phone numbers i.e a person should enters the
receivers phone number and system should be able to fetch the current
dynamic internet protocol address of it and send the file to it.so how
shall i proceed?
