Best Way to render Web Page at 1px Width
A client has asked for a responsive web design down to 1px width (they
originally asked for 0px, but I was able to convince them that that could
not actually exist).
Obviously, I am unable to render characters or images so my idea is to
encode everything in Morse or binary code using pixels down the height of
the page. Can this be done using just CSS?
